Meet Our Staff
Darcie Seboe Einarson
President of Einarson Law Office, PC
Ms. Einarson graduated from the University of North Dakota School of Law in 1992 and also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of North Dakota.
Following graduation, Ms. Einarson was employed by Fleming, DuBois & Trenbeath in Cavalier, ND as an associate. She became a partner in that firm in 1996. In that same year she founded Einarson & Gaustad, PLLP in Grafton, ND. The firm became Einarson Law Office, PC in 2001.
For the duration of her practice Einarson has handled a variety of cases but has focused primarily on the area of divorce, custody, and paternity. She is licensed in Minnesota and North Dakota and is a member of each state’s Family Law Section. She has served on various committees of the State Bar Association and is a past president of the Family Law Section of the State Bar Association of North Dakota. Einarson is a frequent presenter regarding family court issues. She also serves as the municipal judge for the City of Grafton and is a certified family court mediator.
Einarson is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar Association of North Dakota, the Minnesota State Bar Association and is a former member of the North Dakota Trial Lawyers Association. She is a past recipient of the “Champion of Justice” award given by Legal Assistance of North Dakota.
Ms. Einarson has also served on the Board of Directors for the State Bar Association of North Dakota for many years. She is currently serving as President of the State Bar Association.

Legal Assistant/Certified Mediator
Sydney Einarson, from Grafton, North Dakota, graduated from North Dakota State University in December of 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a minor in Human Development and Family Science. Sydney is a student at the University Of North Dakota School Of Law and plans to graduate in May of 2020. Ms. Einarson has been working as a Legal Secretary and a Legal Assistant at Einarson Law Office since May of 2016. Some of her duties include scheduling client appointments, drafting legal documents, communicating with clients, and organizing deadlines. Sydney completed Family Mediation Training in May of 2016 and is now a trained mediator.
While attending NDSU, Sydney volunteered at Homeward Animal Shelter. She also organized teams and raised money for the Out of the Darkness Walk in Fargo promoting suicide awareness and prevention and the Alzheimer’s Association Walk to End Alzheimer’s in Grand Forks. Sydney is the Secretary of the Adams Development Committee in Adams, North Dakota, a recently organized group with the goal of improving the town of Adams and bringing back Adams Days.
Sydney now lives in Adams, North Dakota with her fiancé and works at both our Cavalier and Grafton locations. In her free time she likes to read, paint, travel and play with her dogs.
Sarah graduated from Minnesota State University Moorhead in 2002 with a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Sociology.
Sarah lives in Cavalier, ND with her husband, Paul and their children Paige and Jack.
